Potential Legal Trademark Issues With FuRyu

Bad news.

A company called FuRyu has filed a trademark application for the name Hero Land, which is what my game is called.

They filed their trademark application in January of this year, but I've been using the Hero Land name since July of last year, many months before them.

If their trademark application goes through, they may be able to take the name away from me.
